EaseOtrip Cancellation Policy

EaseOtrip ensures customers satisfactory and effective Cancellation Policy from (Mention Date and Year). With us, customers are eligible for refunds to be received within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or when the supplier (s) processes the refunding process (whichever is later).

Note: The refunded amount depicted is all subjected to the change based on international exchange rates, refunds received from the supplier, and payments received by the customer to date. The change or refunded amount will be directly communicated to customers/clients' respective accounts.

Flights:

  • For the flights marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, customers will be eligible for a zero refund (no refund).
  • For the flights marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, customers will be eligible for a refund as mentioned under "Cancellation Policy" and also in the final itinerary shared over the customer's email.
  • Flights refundable may include components that vary as per the international exchange rates.
  • EaseOtrip won't be responsible for any grounded/cancellation/delayed flights. Any cancellation by customers for the flights will have to be placed with the respective airlines. Refunding process for the flights will be subjected to processing by the respective airline carrier.
  • Customers are liable and the onus to his/her passport with a minimum of 1-year validity and in good condition. EaseOtrip may not be responsible for customers who are not allowed to board the flight because of invalid passports (validity expired and damaged passports).
  • Customers are expected to reach the airport at least 2 hours prior to boarding time. EaseOtrip may not be responsible for refunding customers (for cases wherein we do not plan airport transfers) who miss flights owing to delayed arrival at the respective airport.
  • EaseOtrip wherein planned airport transfers, flight cancellations due to delay transfers owing to unforeseen circumstances specific to a region will not be borne by us.
  • Details about baggage limitations (cabin and check-in) will be furnished as part of the final travel vouchers. Additional costs owing to breached baggage limits will have to be paid by the customer at check-in time.
  • Certain flight carriers (LCCs like Ryanair, Vueling, Voltea, etc.) have a mandatory web check-in policy. Failure to comply with this could result in an additional cost to be paid at the airport. EaseOtrip is not liable to refund customers in such circumstances.
  • EaseOtrip will set meal preferences for customers with airline carriers upon request. However, Easeotrip has no control over the availability and quality of meals served on the flight. This will be controlled completely by the airline carrier.

Hotels:

  • For hotel cancellations marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, the customer will be eligible for a zero refund (no refund).
  • Hotel cancellations marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, refunds, and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and in the final itinerary shared over customers' email.
  • Hotels refundable may include components that vary as per the international exchange rates.
  • EaseOtrip ensures the best hotels or accommodation for customers with world-class amenities/hospitality services. However, we may not be responsible for factors like hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, quality of services, etc. The customer will bear additional costs owing to on-trip room upgrades and additional amenities. All hotels changed on-trip (Hotels booked per itinerary canceled and new hotels booked) will entail a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Entertaining early check-in or late check-out requests are solely based on the discretion of the hotel. EaseOtrip will not be able to process cancellation requests owing to the non-availability of these requests.

Activities:

  • Activities cancellation marked as "Non-Refundable" on the final travel vouchers; the customer will be eligible for a zero refund (no refund).
  • Activities marked as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, refunds, and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and in the final itinerary shared over customers' email.
  • The refundable activities may include components that vary per the international exchange rates.

Transfers:

  • For all transfers, refunds and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the "Cancellation Policy" section of the product and in the final itinerary shared over email.
  • The total refunds for transfers may include components that vary with international exchange rates.

Visa & Insurance:

  • EaseOtrip acts only as a facilitator for customers' Visa Application Processing. We guide our clients/customers on Visa formalities or Visa documentation for the specific destination they want to travel to. The discretion to grant/reject Visa rests solely with the concerned embassy, and EaseOtrip will not be responsible for the rejection of any applications. The visa fee is non-refundable in case of rejected visa applications.
  • We at EaseOtrip aim to provide customers with a seamless Visa experience. However, they may not be responsible for unforeseen changes to Visa formalities levied by the embassy during the submission or processing phase.
  • Insurance, once applied, is subject to a 100% cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
